The eighth annual Buddy Walk
will be held on October 4th at the VA Medical Center in
Johnson City, Tennessee.
Funds
raised through this event will not only go to the National Down Syndrome
Society for education, research, and advocacy for persons with Down
Syndrome and their families, but a large percentage of the funds will also
remain in the Tri-Cities area to be utilized by a parent support
group.
